At this point she'd probably catch a glimpse of Eleanor sharply turning her head away again, not exactly the moment she realized that Kamala was still working on getting dressed, but soon enough after that her face hadn't completely filled with a blush at realizing that she should look away yet.
"You don't have to make it up to us at all," she pointed out. "Well, I can't speak for Arden, obviously, but I don't really see her insisting on payback, either. You know we're both happy to help."
There was a small pause before she added, far too sheepishly for how long they'd been together, "But going out this week would be pretty nice. I love hanging out with you no matter what you are, but you are a much better conversationalist like this." There was a small smile, some of the sheepishness already melting, but still lingering. "I missed the sound of your voice."
